- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- France & Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- International: 7 to 15 business days
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination and package weight.
- Standard Shipping: Rate calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available for select destinations at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, except for certain countries due to customs restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
- If your package is delayed, we recommend checking with the carrier before contacting us.
